Job Seekers – the information we collect and how we use it

When you apply for a job or submit a request via this website or via a third party website or through email communication, you agree to the Lord Privacy Policy and thereby give consent to the processing of your personal information.  If you decline to agree to this policy, we regret that we will not be able to assist you with your job search.

To enable us to assist you with your job search we will collect your name, email address, or other Personal Information contained within that correspondence. If you are an applicant or a candidate we may collect your name and contact details along with information about your employment history, professional experience and qualifications, educational qualifications, language ability or any other data you may provide online through a web-based application form or your personal CV.

On other occasions we may also record sensitive information such as details of criminal convictions. With regard to all candidates and employers, we will only collect ‘sensitive’ Personal Information such as racial or ethnic origin, age, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual life, social security or other Government identification numbers, Trades Union membership health or medical conditions, or criminal history if legally required for recruitment purposes.

If you are a client or potential client we may collect your name, contact details, title or position, products or services requested, or other information that you may provide online through a web based application form or email correspondence.

We may share Personal Information with our affiliates and where necessary or appropriate in connection with the performance of our services to you and our clients. Our clients may be located in jurisdictions around the world.
