Our process is transparent and collaborative; we keep our clients informed of progress at all times. We present our longlist personally, sharing research, experience and insight, discussing and reviewing each candidate and agreeing who should be invited to attend interview.

We then conduct first stage interviews, often with our clients present: so that they can sell the role and gain a broader perspective of the talent and expertise available to them.

Our interview methodology is as refined as it is comprehensive, not only exploring experience, capabilities and competencies but also personal tendencies, behavioural characteristics, cultural fit and readiness to perform, often supported by personality profiling and aptitude testing.

Quality Outcome

We take the time to gain a detailed understanding of the client and candidate’s requirements and concerns, recommending and facilitating further interview processes, reference taking and offer negotiation, acting as a trusted advisor to both the client and candidate to ensure a positive outcome.

However, our involvement does not end there, a candidates first few weeks and months in a new role are critical, so we will advise on and support a client’s “on boarding” process, keeping in close contact with both the client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.
